A Realtor who actually
knows St. Pete

I'm Robert Kusch — most people call me Robb. I've been helping buyers, sellers, and investors in St. Petersburg since 2005, and I know this city like the back of my hand.

What sets me apart is that I've personally bought, renovated, and sold properties here. I understand what a house costs to fix, what it's really worth, and what the market will actually bear — not just what the comps say. That kind of hands-on experience makes a real difference when you're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

I work exclusively in St. Petersburg. That means deeper knowledge, better advice, and someone genuinely invested in this community.

100% St. Pete Focused Fix & Flip Experience Renovation Knowledge Investor Friendly Straight Answers 20+ Years Local No Pressure

St. Pete is a booming city with lots of cool, unique neighborhoods that each have distinct character. Knowing the difference between stately Old Northeast with its magnificent tree-lined streets vs the high concentration of Craftsman bungalows in Historic Kenwood only comes from years of experience. I've renovated multiple properties all over St. Pete and can tell you the difference between what it costs and what potential buyers and sellers think it will cost!

That's a distinct advantage you get when you work with me.

Common questions
straight answers

What areas of St. Petersburg do you serve?
I work exclusively in St. Petersburg, Florida — from Downtown and the Old Northeast to Historic Kenwood, Gulfport, and everywhere in between. I do not cover Tampa or Clearwater. St. Pete is my only market, which means I know it deeply.
Do you work with fix and flip investors?
Yes — and this is where I add the most value. I've personally acquired, renovated, and sold properties in St. Petersburg. I understand real acquisition costs, realistic renovation budgets, and current resale values. If you're looking for investment properties in St. Pete, I can give you an honest picture that most agents can't.
How long have you been a Realtor in St. Petersburg?
I've been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2005 — nearly 20 years working exclusively in the St. Petersburg market. I've seen multiple market cycles, the post-hurricane recovery, and the city's transformation into one of Florida's most desirable destinations.
What makes St. Petersburg's real estate market unique?
St. Pete has a collection of highly distinct neighborhoods each with its own character, price point, and buyer profile. St. Pete Beach is different from Madeira Beach which is different from Old Pasadena! The Warehouse Arts District attracts a completely different buyer than Snell Isle. Knowing these differences matters when you're pricing, buying, or renovating.
Is St. Petersburg a good market for buyers right now?
The St. Pete market has shifted meaningfully from the frenzy of 2020-2023. Inventory has increased and buyers have more negotiating room than they've had in years. That said, well-priced properties in desirable neighborhoods still move. If you've been sitting on the sidelines, this is a better entry point than the last few years.
Do you charge for a consultation?
No. If you have a question about the St. Pete market, a property you're curious about, or you're thinking about buying or selling — reach out. The first conversation is always free and there's no obligation.
